I help corporate women build a profitable business in 1-2 hours a day while juggling their 9-5

I can say this because it’s what I’ve done.
And now, I am on a MISSION to help women scale online without burnout.
Over the past year, I’ve had to choose and decide over and over again that my health is and always will be the #1 focus in my business. In doing so, I’ve had to let go of almost the entire way I’ve operated in the past.

You are worthy because you are. God made you perfectly YOU. Your ideas, programs, and inspiration should come from within – not by scrolling IG and seeing what else is out there. It is within you. When you start creating from this place of “enoughness”, everything shifts.
Once you know YOU are truly the vibe, you’ll increase your prices or stop responding to clients at all hours of the night. You know that you just are – and that will reduce burnout significantly.
Being an overachiever who was always one step ahead helped me in the corporate world… but no more. I eventually realized that overanalyzing and overthinking don’t serve us.
There are a million ways to shift out of this mindset. The quickest one is by calming your nervous system, be it through meditating or praying. Also, guard what you consume above all else – TV, what you’re scrolling on Instagram. Once you realize how important your thoughts and energy are – and how much they influence what you do – it’ll change how you show up online. Plus, it will help you avoid burnout!
Scaling your business takes people. You don’t need to be a one-woman show – build a team around you.
Don’t wait until you’re drowning to get help. It takes people 2-3 months to properly ramp. Be a good leader and set them up for success. Taking this leap of faith, properly onboarding a team, and trusting them can help free up your time and help reduce your burnout.
If you’re starting to notice signs of burnout (or if you know anyone who’s exhibiting them), please feel free to share this post. And remember – it starts with us and DECIDING to change what’s no longer serving us.
